Job Title : Project Manager-ServiceNow

Job Summary:-
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ServiceNow Project Manager to lead our ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-impact projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Your expertise in project management methodologies and the ServiceNow platform will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of project milestones.
- Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and report financial status to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Administrators, to drive project tasks and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issue resolution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including change management, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
- Manage project scope changes, seeking necessary approvals, and adjusting project plans as required.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating team members to excel and meet project objectives.
- Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide project teams to achieve project goals.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges effectively.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials will be an advantage.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA), are desirable.
