Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Oracle to support large-scale ERP transformation initiatives. The role involves defining and executing data migration strategies, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of migrated data across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle ERP strategy and execution for enterprise ERP and related business modules.
- Conduct workshops to capture business and technical requirements for conversion objects.
- Define mapping and transformation rules for master and transactional data across various ERP modules (finance, procurement, order management, contracts, pricing, commissions, etc.).
- Drive data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes to ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to maintain migration workbooks and documentation.
- Execute mock loads, reconciliations, and audit reporting during migration cycles.
- Identify risks and issues related to migration and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate outputs against business, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and support readiness for subsequent project phases.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in ERP data migration projects.
- Strong experience in data migration across finance, procurement, order-to-cash, and contract management modules.
- Deep understanding of ERP data structures, migration tools, templates, and best practices.
- Experience in documenting mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation processes.
- Proven ability to validate and align data conversion outputs with business and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in large-scale ERP transformation projects involving cloud-based ERP platforms.
- Relevant certifications in ERP data management or equivalent are preferred.
