Job Description

Program and Portfolio Operations Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
8 - 10+ years of experience in project management, portfolio analysis, or operations support.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large data sets.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Wave and Clarity PPM.
Experience with financial reporting and KPI tracking.
Familiarity with governance, reporting best practices and report development.
Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
solid understanding of project management methodologies
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile/Scrum are a plus
