Job Description
- As an experienced HR professional with 5 to 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a Lead HR/HRBP role, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of employees from on-boarding to exits for 100-200 employees. Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch in a start-up environment would be an added advantage. Your key skills should include HRBP, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Induction & Onboarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving the end-to-end HR agenda for the company in alignment with the vision and goals. You will coach, counsel, and advise Leads/Managers and staff on various strategic, operational, and people-related issues. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mid-term/annual performance reviews, talent management, resolving people and disciplinary issues, and communicating benefits policies. Managing change, fostering work group relationships, managing internal hiring, screening profiles, conducting interviews, salary negotiations, and coordinating pre-joining engagement with candidates are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing training & development activities, driving employee engagement, handling grievances, and facilitating smooth induction and onboarding processes. Desired traits for this role include the capacity to handle work pressure and targets, superior communication and interaction skills, management presentation abilities, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, independence, self-motivation, and business acumen skills. Your educational background should ideally include an MBA in HR or a Post Graduate degree in HR or Psychology.
