Job Description
- As a Branch Sales Manager-EIL at EIL, your primary responsibility is to source loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners to establish a quality portfolio. You will be managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and communicating effectively across different mediums. It is crucial to ensure adherence to the policies and guidelines set by the organization. Your execution of tasks should be both sales supportive and risk averse, contributing to the larger objectives of the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Source and manage channels from the market and acquire business from them - Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection - Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends - Identify changing market trends, develop channels for acquiring business, and provide high-quality customer service - Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service Qualification Required: - Graduation in any field - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM With 5-10 years of relevant experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role and contribute significantly to the success of the organization.,
