EXp- 2 to 8 Years, Hyderabad, Bhubaneshwar(Female)
Salary- 2 LPA to 4 LPA
Minimum 2 years recruitment experience required in staffing or recruitment consultancy company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients
- Negotiating salaries and closing offers with candidates
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms
