Job Description
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco network infrastructure (ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches, AnyConnect).
- Manage and support firewall solutions (Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto).
- Administer and maintain proxy infrastructure and security appliances.
- Ensure IT security compliance: patch management, IOS upgrades, audit log review, access control, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, recommend upgrades, and plan hardware/software replacements.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and participate in ITIL processes (capacity, change, vendor, incident management).
- Provide 24x7 support availability, including flexibility for nights/weekends.
- Create network documentation, diagrams, and reports for design, planning, and audits.
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 38 years in network infrastructure and Cisco technologies.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Cisco Routing & Switching (Core Networking).
- Firewall management Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto (configuration & troubleshooting).
- Proxy setup & management.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP (mandatory/preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
