Job Description: Senior Holiday Specialist
Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Working Day: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturday off)
About the Role -
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Holiday Specialists to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B and B2C travel sales, strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, and the ability to design and sell customized holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities :
Interact with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
Design, plan, and sell customized domestic & international holiday packages.
Handle B2B and B2C travel queries including itineraries, costing, and package details.
Maintain strong product knowledge of hotels, airlines, sightseeing, and travel arrangements.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent service and competitive packages.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for seamless customer experience.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
