Job Description
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
7-10 Years of SFDC development experience
Primary Skills:
- Good Understanding of OOPS, Data structures and RDBMS Concepts
- Good Understanding on SDLC and Software Engineering concepts
- Good Communication & Analytical skills
- Good Understanding on Salesforce Configuration, Platform Governance Limits and best practice guidelines
- Understanding of SF Administration (Profiles, PS, Roles, Sharing Rules, user creation etc.)
- Proficient in Data Loader and Workbench
- Knowledge on Objects Model, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages
- Knowledge on REST / SOAP API Integration
- Hands on experience on the above concepts
- Knowledge on SOQL and SOSL
- Knowledge on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning (AURA Framework)
- Knowledge on Workflow and Process Builder
- Understanding of SF data, security model
- Knowledge on Org Deployment & IDE Based Development
- Knowledge on HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Angular Library
- Knowledge on Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Understanding of Software Quality Assurance, Best Practices and Methodologies
- Should be good in Documentation, Presentation and Testing skills.
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge on Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Knowledge on Advanced concepts in salesforce platform is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Metadata API, Omni Channel and Live agent.
- Attention to the detail and drive for results.
- Communicate effectively to all Stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or any other related field.
