Job Description
Role Requirement:
The Employee will support the HR Business Partnering team in driving employee and social engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR strategy, basic stakeholder management, and communications.
Skills required:
Good in analytics, hands on excel and PPTs, learning ability for business acumen and farsightedness
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing employee engagement programs and feedback surveys.
- Support performance management cycles including goal setting and reviews.
- Help analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for business insights.
- Participate in employee grievance handling and resolution processes.
- Coordinate with business units to understand and support HR needs.
- Contribute to wellness initiatives.
- Exit and attrition analysis.
- Should know how to prepare Org structures on Powerpoint etc.
