Job Description:
The L3 support member is responsible for addressing the customer concerns, provide information on IVYs product features, assist them with their needs when they report problems or product defects, code review and offer Root cause analysis with the defect fix.
Technical Skills
Min 3+ years previous experience in an Application Development/ Sustenance engineering role.
Min 3+ years of previous experience in an Application Support role.
Development and troubleshooting skills with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, SQL, JQUERY, Stored Procedures
Should have supported .Net applications in the past and should be aware of .net technology.
Basic Application troubleshooting skills with expertise in SQL Stored Procedures.
Ability to work with the project teams for releases of fixes to the production issues
Conduct RCA on recurring issues and work to permanently fix them
Functional Skills
Good understanding of customer support processes and tools
Basic understanding of JIRA Good to have
Understanding of the FMCG industry Good to Have
Interpersonal Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Should be comfortable to work on shifts
