Job Description
Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative US Healthcare (Spanish/English)
Location: Noida (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with prior experience in US calling and healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in US calling and international voice process.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts and from the office.
- Experience in BPO voice support or similar customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in US Healthcare customer service.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
