 Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate the value of PTC s solutions (CAD, IoT, ALM, PLM, AR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with presales and other teams to deliver compelling presentations and demos.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
