Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Analyst should enjoy all aspects of user/object management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Analyst should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow Builder, Workflow, Process Builder, fields, Lightning Pages, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Monitor user adoption
- User training and creating training materials
Requirements:
- Salesforce product knowledge and 12 months hands-on administration experience with Service Cloud and Lightning.
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges

- A desire to implement best practice solutions
- Available and responsive to questions
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
- Training users and creating training materials
- Full understanding of the relationship between Salesforce objects and the processes that automates their updates/creation
- Experience working with Flow
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
