Your Impact
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Sr Software Engineer to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. The Sr Software Engineer will facilitate requirement analyses, hands-on development, conduct peer reviews, provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.
To be successful as a Sr Software Engineer, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java and UI technologies. As a senior developer, this position will work closely with the architect, business analyst, PM, and other development resources.

- Should be able to independently develop complex software.
- Responsible for timely delivery as agreed within the project without compromising on product quality.
- Takes ownership of code quality. Actively and effectively reviews source code, takes defect prevention steps in software developed.
- Able to provide bottom-up estimates for the assigned parts of work
- Interacts well with peers and communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written on his/her work.
- Actively participate and contribute to analysis, design, planning, processes, etc., Raise issues where needed and create sensitivity towards timely resolution of problems.
- Adopt agile development methodologies and test-driven development.
What you need to succeed
- 6+ years of enterprise product development experience
- Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems.
- Programming and Scripting Languages (Java, JavaScript, HTML)
- Experience in consuming and developing RESTful services and APIs.
- Hands-on experience on Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOPS tools
- Experience with SQL, Databases, data modeling
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies.
- Mentoring/Coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
- Experience with OpenText products would be a plus
- Python for scripting, automation or AI integration
- Exposure to AI/ML services
