Job Title: Area Business Manager - Ghaziabad

Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years

Department: Sales & Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Sales Officers in terms of product knowledge and companys quality standards
• Ensure the team achieves assigned sales objectives via distributor engagement
• Conduct joint field visits with Sales Officers at distributor and stockist level each month
• Support team members during new product launches across distributor territories
• Ensure proper distribution of promotional material via Sales Officers to distributors and stockists
• Assist Sales Officers in preparing stockist orders and forwarding them to depot through distributor coordination
• Report daily attendance of self and team to Head Office
• Ensure timely payment realization across all distributor channels
• Keep Head Office updated on competitor activities and market trends
• Facilitate appointment of new distributors in consultation with RSM/ZSM
• Assist in recruiting new Sales Officers in coordination with RSM
• Conduct training sessions for new team members in line with company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales or distributor management
