We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive (Voice Process).
Interested candidates who have experience in international voice process and domestic voice process can apply.
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)
Notice Period - Immediate Joiner Only

Job Role: Make follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding pending claims.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and providing timely updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
Meet individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
10 Months to 3 years of experience in customer support / call center / client servicing (with proper documents).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
