Role: Head Medical Service
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
What Youll Do:
- Strategize and implement plans for effective selection, engagement and lifecycle management of the clinical workforce, ensuring enhanced, patient care and stakeholder satisfaction
- Oversee and monitor clinical operations across ER, ICU, OT, MRD, CSSD and biomedical engineering, ensuring seamless service delivery and operation excellence
- Lead clinical quality initiatives including audits, mortality meetings and outcome monitoring while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (NMC, State Medical Council, Clinical Establishment)
- Drive Clinician engagement, nursing strategy and efficient management of medical capital expenditure to optimize clinical performance and resources
- Foster a patient first culture by enhancing clinical experience, promoting digital adoption and leading change management initiatives across the Unit
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Medical Administration, Clinical Management, Quality, Patient Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- MBBA+ MHA/MBA
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Medical Admisnitartion, preferably in the healthcare industry.
