Job Description
TRAINER
Job Description:
1. Conduct process trainings for coding specialists.
2. Floor support to coders during transitions to ensure quality standard maintenance during ramp-up period.
3. Conduct focused trainings for quality improvement based on error findings.
4. Publish monthly articles/updates on Healthcare regularly for enhancing coders knowledge and expertise.
5. Ensure timely completion of onboarding compliance trainings for new hires as per Global and client requirement.
6. To participate in client calls, meeting, and KT sessions as per requirement
7. Lead training sessions on current updates in the medical coding field for US based healthcare systems.
8. Training coders on US health care systems its updates as per protocol
9. To create presentations, develops learning material, handbook, and other required training materials.
Job Specification:
1. In-depth knowledge of coding process, coding system software, workflow management.
2. Basic understanding of medical terminology, body systems/anatomy, physiology, and concepts of disease processes.
3. Must have Coding Certification like CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.
4. Good to have training / coaching / mentoring experience.
5. Good communication and presentation skills
