Position: Customer Service Executive - Voice/Email Process
Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions primarily through voice calls and emails for a leading financial services process. You will be the front-line representative, providing excellent support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer contacts (primarily Voice and Email) regarding financial services products and queries.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the process guidelines and service offerings.
- Document all customer interaction details accurately into the system.
- Adhere to defined quality metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
- Experience: Freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed/accuracy.
Work Details:
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Shift: Rotational Shifts (may include night shifts).
- Weekly Off: Rotational Weekday Off.

Position: Travel Sales Consultant
Job Overview: As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel products, including flights, hotels, and travel packages, to our valued customers. This is a sales-driven role that requires a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a consistent focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries and convert them into confirmed travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages).
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their travel needs, offer customized solutions, and upsell/cross-sell relevant products, especially for our subscription-based travel program.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize excellent product knowledge, including destination details, fares, and promotional offers, to advise customers accurately and effectively.
- Ensure all bookings and customer data are accurately recorded and maintained in the designated system (e.g., GDS or CRM).
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and booking process to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and product changes.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Travel Sales (handling flight/hotel/package bookings) is mandatory.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel industry terminology, processes, and a working knowledge of at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Customer Focus: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Shift: Rotational Shifts (candidates must be flexible to work in any shift, including nights).
- Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off.
