Job Description
As a Technical Lead - Non-Functional Testing at Incedo, you will be responsible for testing software applications for their non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and reliability. You will create and execute test plans and scripts, identify and report issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop non-functional testing solutions, including performance and security testing, using tools such as JMeter and OWASP ZAP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and deploy non-functional testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Skills Requirements:
- Expertise in Non-Functional testing tools and techniques such as JMeter or LoadRunner Knowledge of performance testing concepts and techniques Experience with testing Cloud-based systems and technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it. Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
