We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the IT Strategy domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy and advisory services, with excellent technical skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on IT-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT capabilities.

• Strong understanding of IT strategy, technology management, and digital transformation concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and initiative.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd's products and services is an added advantage.
