Job Title: International Sales Executive Voice Process
Location: Gurugram only

About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for our International Sales Voice Process team. The role focuses on converting inbound and outbound leads into sales, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and sell relevant insurance products to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent spoken communication and build rapport with global clients.
Qualifications & Compensation:
- Freshers: 3 LPA 4.2 LPA
- Experienced (6+ months): 20-25% hike on last CTC or up to 4.00 LPA
- Education: HSC / Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
Required Skills:
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory must be able to handle international calls.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve performance metrics.
Pay Range & Compensation:
- Salary for Freshers: 2.55 3.00 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 4 LPA
