Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing complete information about the product to customers.

Resolving all product or service-related issues of customers.

Preparing Customer Service Guidelines.

Maintaining accurate records of customers.

Giving the right pitch to potential customers to encourage product purchases or service usage.

Regularly updating and maintaining customer information.

Providing the best possible solutions to customer queries.

Preparing product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
