Job Description
Paisabazaar is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations within a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an HR Intern focused on bulk hiring, you will provide essential support to the Recruitment and HR teams, helping us efficiently source, screen, and onboard a large number of candidates across various roles. This internship offers exposure to the full hiring lifecycle and is ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Assist in posting job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal career sites).
- Review a high volume of resumes and applications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and interest.
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendar logistics.
- Prepare and organize all necessary hiring documentation, including application forms and assessment materials.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate data is accurate and current.
- Communication & Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering general queries.
- Assist in coordinating and setting up large-scale recruitment events, job fairs, or assessment centers.
- Draft and send professional correspondence, including interview confirmations and initial offer letters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
