Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified and motivated professionals under the H1B1 visa category to join our dynamic team in the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and analytical skills, relevant domain experience, and a commitment to excellence in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Document processes, technical designs, and workflows.
- Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in software development, IT consulting, or related areas.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, or automation tools.
