Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and detail-oriented individuals for our Chat Process team.

Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Good written English communication skills are mandatory

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in BPO/chat support/customer service preferred.

Salary:

• 2.4LPA 4LPA CTC per annum
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via live chat or email
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information in a timely manner
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing professional and quality service
• Follow up with customers when necessary
• Meet performance benchmarks and productivity targets

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent written English communication
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-centric attitude
