Supportadministration and customization of the Atlassian Jira and Confluence toolsdeployed based on delivery approach

Develop automation tools and utility programs to reduce the manual efforts.

Analyze and provide input around options when new architectures, designs, oroperational models are being formulated to address issue at hand

Build Proof of Concepts (POC) using custom languages or scripting languages andpresent the solution/findings

Participate in full development lifecycle activities (Coding, Configuring,testing release activities)

Support tool release and update communications

Support documentation needs around tool adoption and enablement

Support practice usage and troubleshoot production issues with existing toolsacross multiple environments and operating platforms

Be flexible to take up different types of work, from development to testing.

Ability to clearly communicate (both written as well as verbal) with teammembers as well with the management team

Required:

4+ years of software development experience with 3+ years of work experience inAtlassian tool stack (Jira, Confluence) around administrating, configuring,integrating with other tools and customizing functionality.

Atlassian Jira certification is preferred

Understanding of technology, including architectures, and applicationdevelopment lifecycle

Fluency in one or more scripting languages such as Groovy, Python or Ruby

Experience in enhancing existing software architecture/design by analyzing andidentifying areas for improvement, optimization or refactoring across differentlayers

Experience in problem solving and triage of issues across components involvedin the SDLC stack

Experience in managing work in an Agile-Scrum environment

Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with building and managing solutions in AWS cloud platform
