Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Daily Cash flow planning & management. Updation of daily bank balances, payments and collections numbers from bank account statements.
2. Investment (including FD, MFs etc) Ensure timely investments and MF redemptions to avoid any return loss to the company. Mutual Funds tracking with current invested amount, current value and returns. Following the investment policy.
3. FD tracker update, lien removal if any, maturity tracking along with return on investment
4. Vendor Invoice processing Keep proper track of all treasuries related invoices & timely payments
5. Manage inter-company payments
6. Monitor working capital utilization across multiple banking relationships
7. Loan Processing Fees payments and invoice tracking and sharing with Finance Team
8. Ensure timely debt repayments on daily basis and intimation/follow up with lenders Keep track of debt (EMI) repayments to lenders, co-ordinate with lenders to ensure the same. Sharing the UTRs with lenders post payments. Check for any RoI change for floating rate loans. Confirming rating agencies for any NCD payments. Ensuring NCD payments with latest benpos.
9. TDS related queries of lenders with respect to debt payment to NBFCs
10. Treasury Expenses Provision booking details sharing with Finance Team on monthly basis. Sharing other required information with Finance Team timely for proper accounting
11. Manage Bank Account opening and closing, updation of KYC docs in the account, filling different forms required by banks, modifications required with respect to signatories
12. Manage the whole Banking Ops work
13. Coordinate with different departments for anything required to complete the daily task
14. Identify opportunities for automating treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
15. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external requirements related to treasury banking operations.
16. Any other ad hoc activity for accomplishing Treasury activities
