Job Description
We are the fastest growing FOUNDATION FROM EASTREN INDIA. We have two group organisations:
A. Pramith Foundation (https://pramith.org/) a pan India NGO working with large Indian corporates and works in aspirational skills and livelihoods for young adults in Technical and Service skills, and education enrichment for school students.
B. Guardian Education Services Pvt. Ltd. (https://guardianedu.in/) is eleven years old and a social impact organisation. Established by a team of IIT/IIM and Jadavpur University alumni and Educationists, we deliver deep impact social impact projects.
We execute CSR projects from Tata Group, ITC, Sandvik, Mahindra CIE, Godrej group, ONGC, Coal India, Persistent Group, Credit Access Grameen, Centum Foundation, Bajaj Auto, ASDC etc. across eleven states e.g. Chennai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Aurangabad, Guntur, Dhanbad, Kolkata etc. Our Education initiative is under the incubation of IIT Kharagpur.
Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE CORPORATE CSR & SKILL TRAINING PROJECTS
Location: Santoshpur, Kolkata 700075
Job nature: Full time, Work from Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full-time employee for Acquisition of
a) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Grants / Projects from Private sector or Public Sector Enterprises (PSU).
b) Livelihood and Skill Training mandates from SSC, PSU and other Government programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquire CSR mandates and Skill Training Projects from Corporate, PSU and Government Bodies (State Skill Missions) .
a) Develop a growth strategy for acquiring large CSR projects from Indian Corporate Houses.
b) Identify new corporate leads, create pipeline of CSR project providers (Companies / Intuitions / Foundations / Government initiatives).
c) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Understand client requirements, Create proposals and presentations.
d) Finalise and obtain order / MOU closure for Grant funding.
e) Pursue Skill Training Projects under varied Government bodies, State Skill Missions and from SSCs.
f) Marketing - social and digital media.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
a) MBA, MSW, Mass Communications.
b) 3 to 8 years in Direct Sales and Marketing.
c) Significant experience in Business development, CSR project acquisition or marketing or corporate relations.
d) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
e) Ability to talk and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
f) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
g) Willingness to travel as needed.
CTC: Salary is competitive, based on experience and qualification. Performance based incentive applicable. Up to 600,000.00 per year, (including Incentive).
