Work with Project Managers for staffing, finance, on-boarding / off-boarding and infrastructure and logistics requirements
Work with client partner & client delivery executive closely on new opportunities & maintain the pipeline hygiene.
Liaise with BU staffing partner and practices to forecast and fulfill account requirements
Ensure on-boarding (and off-boarding) of resources, adhere to account and organization guidelines for the same
Familiar with creation of new projects and allocation of resources to the projects
Ensure weekly and monthly time compliance in the account
Manage resource requisitions and allocations for the project
Manage space and infrastructure allocations for project teams
Responsible for data gathering from various stakeholders and publish the dashboards and other MIS reports to Leadership time as per the agreed timelines
Responsible for collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders for Operational activities
Responsible for collecting, managing, correlating and streamlining various Operational data.
Required Skills:
Should have good verbal & written communication in English
Should have ability to plan work activities, multi-task effectively, and adhere to timelines
Should have exposure to stakeholder management skills
Should be technically sound on Microsoft Excel, word & power point
Must to have experience working with end client (Customer).
Should have experience working in Fieldglass.
