Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading the Data & AI Practice at Pratiti, driving innovation and delivering advanced data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solutions for global clients. Your role will require a combination of hands-on expertise, solution consulting, and team leadership to establish Data & AI capabilities as a key component of digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the presales and business development team during the discovery phase and contribute to proposals and RFP responses. - Provide a consultative approach to advise clients on their AI journey, including data strategies, AI/ML-enabled use cases, and data platform adoptions. - Build and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, ML engineers, and ML-Ops engineers. - Partner with the Learning & Development team to enhance Data & AI competency and ensure the team remains updated on technological advancements and business trends. - Architect solutions by leveraging modern data stack technologies, including data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, as well as cloud services like Azure, GCP, and AWS. - Guide end-to-end solutions encompassing data architecture, data pipelines, data governance, security, and ML-Ops. Requirements: - Possess 12-15 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML, with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with tools like Python, Spark, SQL, Airflow, Kafka, and cloud-native data services. - Exhibit strong technical knowledge in constructing modern data platforms, pipelines, and machine learning solutions. - Have a deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model management, and MLOps practices. - Showcase excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Hold expertise or certification in data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake, which is considered a plus.,
