Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lecturer / Assistant Professor in Heamatology / Clinical Pathology at our academic institution in Mysore, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in delivering theoretical and practical instruction to Allied Health Science (AHS) students. Your responsibilities will include conducting classes, preparing lesson plans, supervising student projects, participating in academic planning, and contributing to student growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct theory and practical classes for AHS programs. - Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments following university guidelines. - Supervise student projects and provide guidance in academic and research activities. - Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning. - Ensure adherence to university standards in teaching, evaluation, and documentation. - Contribute to the academic and professional growth of students. Qualification Required: - Postgraduate degree MSc in Blood Banking & Hematology/ clinical pathology from a recognized university. - Prior teaching experience in allied health sciences is desirable. - Good communication and classroom management skills. - Knowledge of RGUHS academic structure will be an added advantage.
