Job Description
- As an experienced Python developer in the financial industry, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks and should have a strong background in Equities Algorithmic trading stack, transaction data, and FIX protocol. Your role will involve working with market, transaction, and reference data for various financial products like Equities, FX, Futures, Indices, and options. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize different market data vendors API and have experience working with their data. - Implement high capacity/low latency infrastructure like solace. - Manage software development, build, and deployment using tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Geneous (ITRS), and scripting languages. - Conduct pre- and post-trade analytics including Transaction Cost analysis (TCA) reports. - Design and architect databases using KDB+/q. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Python. - Experience in Equities Algorithmic trading stack, transaction data, and FIX protocol. - Familiarity with database design and architecture using KDB+/q. - Strong understanding of market data and trading systems. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Geneous (ITRS). - Knowledge of pre- and post-trade analytics.
