Job Description
- As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Mastercard Data Governance & Regulation team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the Connect experience for both customers and internal users. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, SQL, RDBMS (Oracle and Postgres), NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra) - Proficiency in Axon, Kafka, RabbitMQ - Introducing new technologies and recommending platforms/libraries - Implementing solutions using AngularJS and ReactJS - Strong grasp of design principles like DRY, Single Responsibility, SOLID - Building reusable frameworks - Driving improvements in maintenance, operational, and runtime characteristics of software - Providing feedback on peer design and code, including optimization and simplification recommendations - Tackling complex architecture and business problems, offering extensible solutions - Enhancing interfaces and integrations with related teams - Developing solutions for launching software or resolving architecture deficiencies - Leading projects to enhance engineering, test, and operations - Troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes, and implementing permanent corrections - Developing and running microservices - Collaborating with other engineers and tech leads in an Agile environment to deliver exceptional user experiences - Working with new frameworks and technologies, assisting with prototyping and proof-of-concepts, participating in code reviews, and ensuring high code quality - Creating proof of concept applications - Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation - Ensuring adherence to established quality control practices and software development processes In addition, you will need to focus on key technology areas like Java, REST API, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, Angular, React, Cassandra, Swagger, and Git. You should demonstrate high energy, attention to detail, proactiveness, ability to function under pressure, initiative, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the capability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
