Job Description
- As a Management Trainee - Order Management at Genpact, you will be responsible for delivering services in the area of Sales Support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team working in Sales support area and owning a smooth operation. - Being responsible for team outcomes (efficiency / critical metric / SLA) and reporting critical metrics / SLA. - Acting as a subject matter specialist and resolving / supporting the team in achieving the business objectives. - Owning customer / third party relationships and governance to drive surprise-free operation and revenue maximization. - Resolving process issues through coordination internally (with partners) and externally with relevant parties. - Driving governance and relationships with customers, and addressing any critical issues from customers with corrective and preventive action planning. - Performing various activities as an individual contributor including booking and validation of Contract Orders, building relations with clients and sales representatives, coordinating with service technicians, logistics teams, and sales for order delivery, administration of customer contracts, resolving customer queries on order status and billing, report preparation, updating ERP details, and more. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate - SAP ERP experience Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - Consistent track record of client handling skills and ability to establish trust with clients Please note that in this role, you may need to work during global hours to connect with teams in different time zones. There may also be possibilities for business travels locally or outside the country.,
