Job Description
- As a Domain Network Infrastructure specialist, your role will involve handling predominantly Cisco hardware and software products, along with managing Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint appliance. You will work closely with the IT support team to ensure the optimal performance of a high traffic network infrastructure while upholding system integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT network infrastructure - Possess expertise in Cisco routing and switching, including the installation, maintenance, and configuration of devices like ASA Firepower, IPS, routers, switches, and Cisco AnyConnect - Implement Proxy setup and manage Checkpoint firewall - Ensure IT security compliance by conducting audits, maintaining network security, applying security patches, updating IOS, reviewing audit logs, managing access controls, and updating security guidelines - Monitor network performance, assess business requirements, and recommend network planning and upgrades - Plan hardware and software upgrades or replacements within the network - Implement ITIL practices including Capacity management, change management, vendor management, incident management, and disaster recovery operations - Provide 24x7 support availability with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends - Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Create and present networking reports, accurate network diagrams, and documentation for designing and planning network communication systems Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in network administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field with 4-5 years of experience - Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Additional Company Details (if present): - Technical Requirements include expertise in CISCO Firewall Core, Cisco FTD, Cisco FMC, Cisco ASA, Paloalto, Fortigate, and Checkpoint administration - Preferred Skills involve knowledge of TIG->Standard TIG,
