Location: Bhopal, Pune, Nagpur, Vashi, Andheri, Haridwar, Shimla, Karnal, Bhatinda, Chandigarh, Hoshiarpur, Firozpur, Kashipur, Hisar, Rewari, Sirsa, Ambala, Jalandhar, Jammu, Panchkula, Patiala, Faridkot, Indore

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Age Limit: 22 36 years

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Agency Sales within Health, General, or Life Insurance

Industry Preference: Health Insurance, General Insurance, Life Insurance (Agency Channel only)

CTC: 3.5 LPA 4.5 LPA

Job Description:
We are hiring energetic professionals for Agency Channel Sales with leading Life & Health Insurance companies. The role involves developing and managing agency partners to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage agents under the agency channel.

• Drive business generation and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.

• Provide product knowledge, sales support, and motivation to agents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Proven sales and target achievement record.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to motivate and manage agency partners.

• Prior experience in Agency Sales within Health, General, or Life Insurance is mandatory.
