Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR operations including offer rollouts, joining formalities, and documentation.
- 14 years of experience in recruitment / HR operations (consultancy or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
- Graduate degree in HR / Management (MBA HR preferred, not mandatory).
