Walk-In Interview Female Cabin Crew Trainer (Female Only)
CITA is seeking a passionate and experienced female Cabin Crew Trainer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on industry knowledge and strong communication skills to train and guide aspiring cabin crew professionals.
Job Location: Dwarka Mor - Delhi- 110059
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Salary: 35,000 50,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Walk-In Interview Details:
Venue: CITA Head Office, 2nd Floor, Dwarka Mor, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 766, Above Yes Bank, New Delhi 110059
Days: Monday Saturday
Time: 11:00 AM 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Cabin Crew training sessions for aspiring cabin crew on grooming, communication, customer service, safety protocols, inflight procedures, and soft skills.
- Provide career counselling and guidance to students and their families regarding the interview and selection process.
- Assist students in interview preparation, assessments, and mock recruitment drives to ensure success during airline hiring processes.
- Prepare students for interviews, assessments, and airline recruitment processes.
- Monitor student progress and deliver feedback to help them improve.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement based on the latest aviation industry standards.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (Age: 2238 years)
- Preferably former Cabin Crew or with relevant aviation training experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide and mentor students
- Passionate about training and helping students succeed in the aviation industry
- Must be based in Delhi NCR (No outstation candidates from Noida, Gurgaon, etc.)
