Role & responsibilities
1. Language Proficiency:

* Fluent in verbal and written English with a neutral accent, suitable for global communication. Strong grasp of English grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary to ensure clarity and professionalism across all channels.

2. Channel Flexibility and Adaptability:

* Fully trained and able to seamlessly operate across email, chat, and voice support. * Ability to switch between channels based on business needs while maintaining quality and tone consistency.

3. Customer Handling Skills:

* Demonstrated active listening, empathy, and customer-first approach. Skilled in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and managing sensitive or complex customer scenarios.

4. Communication & Documentation.

* Exceptional communication skills tailored for email and chat, with proper grammar, tone, and formatting.

5. Analytical Thinking & Problem solving

* Ability to understand customer content and provide effective and timely solutions. * Skilled in navigating tools and resources to resolve queries independently.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Designation : Customer Support / Seller Support and a little bit knowledge of Fraud
  • Exp: 1+years in Customer support
  • Both Side cab facility if Eligible
  • Rotational shift with shift allowance
  • Rotational week off
  • Only Immediate Joiners
