Role & responsibilities
Brahmin cook must be good in preparing authentic South Indian vegetarian cooking, adherence to strict religious and hygiene standards during meal preparation, and the ability to cook traditional Brahmin cuisine. Responsibilities include daily meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner), grocery shopping, menu planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and potentially assisting with special event catering.
Main Responsibilities
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, preparing a variety of traditional Brahmin dishes.
Assist with planning meals for the week and shopping for fresh ingredients.
Create diverse and balanced weekly menus based on family preferences.
Maintain strict standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and for food preparation to ensure health and safety.
Follow specific Brahmin cultural practices and dietary protocols in food preparation.
Provide culinary support for festivals, weddings, and other family celebrations.
Accommodate changes in meal requests and be available for additional services as needed.
