Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer
Experience: 3 - 8 Years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to join our team and take ownership of building, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications, primarily Zoho One suite. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting with hands-on experience in integration and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and fulfill business requirements across various Zoho applications.
- Handle all basic administrative tasks including user account maintenance, report/dashboard creation, and routine system operations.
- Define user groups, roles, access rights, and configure data sharing/viewing rules.
- Design organization-specific workflows and automation using Zoho One features such as Workflow Rules, Schedules, Actions, Assignment Rules, Case Escalation Rules, Scoring Rules, Marketing Attribution, and Segmentation.
- Customize Zoho One apps and develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with internal databases and various third-party tools.
- Design and develop custom Zoho Creator applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Document processes and custom code for future maintenance and audits.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
- Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting language.
- Strong understanding of Zoho integration using APIs.
- Experience with 3rd party system integrations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Zoho certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS is advantageous.
