Employment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procurement (PO), Inventory (INV), and Distribution modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation and support experience in Oracle ERP Cloud/Oracle E-Business Suite and be able to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle SCM (PO, INV, Distribution) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional design documents, and provide solution recommendations.
• Configure and customize SCM modules as per business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Provide end-user training, testing support (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stabilization.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Procurement, Inventory, and Distribution processes.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement in SCM processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 810 years of experience in Oracle SCM modules (PO, INV, Distribution).
• Strong functional expertise in Procurement, Inventory, and Distribution business processes.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Knowledge of related modules (Order Management, Manufacturing, Finance integrations) is an advantage.
• Ability to interact with business users and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Role & responsibilities
