Job Description
Executive-Retail Marketing
Executive Marketing will oversee the implementation of a fully integrated marketing plan for Ample brands - Imagine / iCentre / and products with the goal of increasing brand value, market share, and sales. In addition, the Executive will be responsible for leading the execution of our company's strategic marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and execute marketing campaigns that promote our Brand, tell our story, and grow our bottom-line across online and offline channels.
Develop and maintain communications and marketing plan with proposed timelines, costs, and metrics to ensure effectiveness.
Engage and inspire around the brand vision, position, and messages, so our Brand becomes collective identity.
Prepare comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our company, brand and customer-segment related goals.
Coordinate with our internal Marketing Communications team to ensure our marketing efforts are in line with Brand guidelines
Plan, create, and oversee the design, content and messaging of all strategic marketing campaigns by working closely with OEMs
Monitor, track, and report marketing results
Experiment with a variety of marketing channels and tactics to most effectively reach our customers, and deliver top-line & ROI goals.
Build, develop and grow business relationships across the organisation vital to the success of our projects.
Capable of managing launch events, events in store, customer engagement programs effectively
Must be able to working closely with CRM manager and have a fair understanding of CRM
Must have an eye for detail and ensure 100% adherence to brand guidelines
Must work closely with event agencies, advertisements agencies, mall marketing agencies and other vendors related to marketing and advertising
Maintain & update event budgets in the moment for real-time forecasting and estimation of event costs
Full budget reconciliation following the close of a program
Collection, processing and management of all Event Recaps and photos
- Assure all events are on-budget; follow-up to assure timely submission of invoices
- Familiar with digital marketing - SEM, Display, Face book marketing, social media and email marketing
Qualification
Min 2 years compulsorily in the Retail industry
Graduate / Post graduate
Excellent communication & organisational skills (oral and written).
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical and interpretative and communication skills.
