Position: Relationship Manager (Field Work)

CTC: Upto 4 LPA (Fixed!)

What Youll Do:

• Contact existing customers through company-provided leads to facilitate timely health policy renewals.

• Clearly explain policy benefits, renewal terms, premium amounts, and any changes in the coverage or terms.

• Follow up regularly with customers.

• Ensure a high renewal conversion rate by providing excellent service and support.

• Address customer queries, objections, or concerns effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
