Job Description

Location: Pune, India
Contract Duration: 12 months
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00/7:30 PM (flexible start at 10:30 AM)
Interview Process: 23 rounds (final round may be face-to-face)

Position Overview:

This is a senior engineering role focused on leading software development initiatives, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers. The candidate will be expected to contribute to strategic planning, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Experience Requirements:

• Total Experience: 68 years
• Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on development and team guidance

Top Required Skills:

• React JS (Candidates with 6 years or less experience are acceptable)
• SQL
• C# / .NET (Combination is acceptable)
• Strong coding skills, code reviews, and ability to guide the team

Good to Have Skills:

• Python
• Databricks
