Join our vibrant team at IntouchCX a global leader in customer experience solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of international chat support experience
  • Excellent written English communication
  • Comfortable with flexible shifts and rotational offs
  • Knowledge of CRM/chat tools preferred
