Location: Hyderabad and Kochi
Role: Assistant Manager - Telesales

Languages- fluent in regional language
Industry: Health Insurance Sales
Experience: 10+ years of Experience and as a AM on paper at least 2 Years in telesales (BFSI/Insurance / BPO experience preferred)
Salary: Best in the industry

Role & responsibilities

• Lead B2C telesales operations by effectively managing outbound calls using advanced dialer systems.
• Mentor and guide an inside sales team to consistently achieve and surpass set sales targets.
• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies aimed at maximizing lead conversion rates.
• Monitor team performance through metrics, providing timely feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and expand overall market presence.
• Must be from Insurance Background
