Customer Service Specialist International Voice/Chat - German and English

Location: Hyderabad Mindspace
Work Mode: On-site
Department: Operations
Channels: Voice / Chat / WhatsApp / Back Office

Languages Required

• English Proficiency: B2 level
• German Proficiency: B2 level
  

Work Hours

• Shift Window: 5:00 am to 12:00 am EST (Monday to Sunday)
• Rotational shifts as per business requirements
  

Eligibility

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6+ months in international voice or chat process
  

Role Overview

The ideal Customer Service Specialist will:

• Manage international customer interactions in English and German as required.
• Handle customer issues via email, chat, and messaging platforms with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding service in every interaction, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
